Join us for a fall carnival, featuring fun games, costume parade, great food and so much more!

Admission is $5 per person and Moon Bucks are $1 each.

Online ordering is now closed. Admision and Moon Bucks can be purchased at the event!

*If you placed your order by October 20, tickets were delivered to the classrooms October 23 and 24. Orders placed October 21 through October 24 will be delivered October 25 and 26. Orders placed by D Track will be ready for pick up at the front gate.

What are Moon Bucks? Moon Bucks are used to purchase festival food. They are also used to pay for some of the fun festival activities. Haunted House, Pie & Cake Walk, Fall Raffle, Slime Making, Face Painting are all just one Moon Buck each, but all the carnival games (with prizes), are included in the cost of admission.

  • Music and Dancing – to keep everyone entertained!
  • Fun Carnival Games & Prizes – INCLUDED with the admission ticket! Over 25 games!
  • Costume Parade – Costumes are encouraged at the festival, and adults  can dress up too! Please, only school appropriate costumes, no masks or toy weapons. We encourage positive character-image costumes. Costumes can be worn to the festival, NOT to school.
  • Yummy Food – Slices of Pizza (2 Moon Bucks) Nachos (Plain, 2 Moon Bucks or Loaded with Toppings for 4 Moon Bucks), Soft Pretzels (2 Moon Bucks, add a side of cheese for 1 Moon Buck more), Cotton Candy (2 Moon Bucks), Donuts (2 Moon Bucks), Popcorn (1 Moon Buck), Chips (1 Moon Buck), Soda/Water (1 Moon Buck) and Starbucks Coffee (Free)
  • Face Painting – 1 Moon Buck
  • Temporary Tattoos – Free
  • Haunted House – 1 Moon Buck per entry (between C and D Wing)
  • Pie & Cake Walk – 1 Moon Buck per game (located in the MP)
  • Slime Making – 1 Moon Buck each
  • Fall Raffle – 1 Moon Buck per entry (near the library)
  • Caramel Apple pick up (located at the Moon Buck Table near the office)

Harvest Moon Festival Schedule

5:30 pm – Gates opens

6:00 pm – Kovar’s Satory Academy Demonstration

6:30 pm – NewSongs Drum Circle

7:00 pm – Costume Parade* (students need to line up in the MP at 6:50 pm)

7:30 pm – Fall Raffle closes (last chance to drop your tickets in the boxes)

8:00 pm – Fall Raffle winners are announced and the festival ends

Fall Raffle

Our volunteers are busy securing raffle items, all donated by some very generous businesses! You’ll use your Moon Bucks as your raffle ticket. Just write your name and phone number on the back of a Moon Buck ticket for your chance to win. Raffle closes at 7:30 pm, and winners will be announced just before 8:00 pm. You do not need to be present to win. We will call all winners, so be sure to write your phone number clearly on the back of your Moon Buck.
