The Joseph Sims PTO is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a nonprofit charity with 501(c)(3) status. If you’d like to donate towards to the Joseph Sims PTO and help support the amazing programs at our school please complete the below form to submit your donation through Paypal.
DONATE NEEDED SUPPLIES
As we plan fun events (like Ice Cream Social, Harvest Moon Festival, Holiday Gift Night, and Staff Appreciation) there will be lots of opportunities for families to help out by purchasing needed supplies. Throughout the year the PTO also helps coordinate donations for other programs at our school, like PE equipment, Walk to School Day, Student Leadership supplies, recess equipment, and supplies for the school garden. There are 2 different ways to donate supplies: Sign Up List (via Sign Up Genius) and Amazon Wish Lists.

How they work: Just sign up for the items you would like to donate, make the purchase at your favorite store, then drop off the items to the school office. Please be sure to label the items “PTO.” Current lists are posted here:
Amazon Wish Lists
How they work: Shop directly from our Amazon Wish Lists and the needed supplies will be delievered to the school for you!
- PE Equipment Amazon Wish List– our PE supplies are always in need of a refresh. Your purchase will ship directly to the school to our PE teachers, and will be put to use right away!
- PTO Supplies Amazon Wish List – we’ll list the supplies we need for upcoming events and programs like Walk to School Day, Staff Appreciation, Student Leadership.
- School Garden Amazon Wish List – our garden needs a few tools and cleaning supplies to get it ready for the season.
- VAPA Amazon Wish List – one way to help the PTO fund the VAPA program is to purchase needed art and costume supplies. Items purchased off this list will ship directly to the school to Mrs. Hoppner’s attention.

If you prefer to write a check, please make it payable to Joseph Sims PTO. Checks can be dropped off at the school office or mailed to Joseph Sims PTO, 3033 Buckminster Drive, Elk Grove, CA.
