Our PTO meetings are generally held once a month, usually on the third Tuesday of the month. At each meeting we follow an agenda that includes a report on our financials, results from past events, and information about upcoming events and fundraisers. We allow time at each meeting for open discussion – we want to hear your questions, concerns and new ideas.
You can view our calendar to find the date of our next PTO meeting. We will include the Zoom invitation and agenda in our weekly emails (usually sent out through Synergy on Tuesday mornings). You can always email us anytime at email@example.com for the Zoom invitation and agenda.
